We found Daisy, very helpful and professional. Everything was explained to us about the holiday we were booking, and any questions were answered well.

Booking our holiday to Croatia
As always we were greeted with a smile from all the staff in Hays. We picked our travel advisor and went to work kn booking our holiday. Vicki the advisor made sure that everything fell into our budget and that we were happy with the details of the holiday, she informed us of everything we were to pay and always made sure that we were happy.
