Gordon and the team at Malton reacted very quickly to a problem I had in Toronto at the very last minute... sorting a hotel at a time when accommodation was at a premium and expensive. I am very appreciative and want to thank the Hays team.

Excellent service
Lauren was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She completely understood what we asked for and we booked our cruise then and there with her.
She emailed all the paperwork work over really quickly, when I said I’ll pop in and get printed out copies she said she had already printed it all out for us!! So it’s ready just to collect! Excellent customer service. Thank you.
