We made a call to Mandy Glass the other day with no clear idea of a January getaway. Within a very short time we were looking at a cruise and stay in the Caribbean. Nothing was too much trouble for Mandy as we are quite hard to please 🤪.
We are now very much looking forward to our two week holiday.
We have booked with Mandy before and after being lifelong TUI customers we can certainly see the difference in the personal service and will use her for all our future holidays.
All we can say is well done Hays and 10/10 to Mandy
