Barbara is very knowledgeable about Cunard cruises and was able to book the cruise we wanted efficiently and successfully. She guided us to the best choice of stateroom and explained the details of the best offer for us

We always go to our local Hays travel for holiday currency or to top up our travel master card. They offer competitive rates and a friendly service. Ricky, the guy on the money counter at the Mapperley branch is excellent. Always friendly, informative and helpful and remembers details which make you feel like the service is personal. He is a great ambassador for the Hays brand.

The reason we go to Hays travel is they print everything out for us and when it’s time to do the boarding passes they print those for us. This is a big help for us both being 80 years old.

As usual the staff made us very welcome to be fair we have known some of them for a long time, that is why we have always used mapperley office. This booking Amelia looked after us again very professional any queries she had Julie assisted her. Five star rating for a reason credit to your company.

I have been using the Hayes Travel agency fir tears. I Travel from Chesterfield to Nottingham just to book my holidays as the team go above and beyond. They actually see people as people, in this faceless world. I hope that they get the recognition they deserve for their dedicated services.
