Last minute holiday…..
I decided I wanted a last minute getaway with my children & was struggling to search myself. So I asked Maria to search for me, she came back with 4 clear options & had everything available to me to make my decision. No questions were to big or to small. Booking a holiday is always a big choice because you are parting with a lot of money.
Maria gave me links to the hotels/apartments as well as links to reviews. She also answered additional things to this & gave me her trusted opinions.
I have a child who needs medical attention. Maria ensured that we had our medical bag approved for flying, that the accomodation we were going to had a fridge to store her medical supplies. That we had assistance at the airport.
Maria also ensured that any day activities we wanted were offered to us.
She even managed to get the booking slightly cheaper than quoted.
This experience was completely stress free & taken out of my hands, 100% worth using & we will continue to use Maria for all holidays.
Excellent customer service :-) she 100% knows her stuff.
