Amazing!

Marie was amazing at planning and booking my holiday, I’ve used her to arrange my holidays a few times now and am not disappointed!

Special family time
When booking our family holiday the customer service we recieved was absolutely amazing from Marie at Hayes. Would highly recommend there services, as i myself found looking for holiday very stressful, Marie made it very easy for me, she worked very hard to get us all of our requirements and more. Updated me constantly, was very reassuring that we were in the best hands and go to have an amazing holiday.

Made travel feel very easy again
Made travel feel very easy again, no hassle, all done on the day with regular updates and efficient. Very nice staff who are very happy to help. No matter how many times I contacted them they were happy to help me with anything, even if they don't deal with it they try to help if possible.
My experience has been the best for a long time. I have travelled with a lot of companies but hays travel has been the best experience.

Had a great experience booking with Marie Marshall. She was extremely helpful in finding an exactly what I wanted in a holiday! She organised my 3 week trip to Australia, flights, hotels you name it, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Would definitely recommend her, I will be using her from now on!
