Pleasant and helpful staff
Pleasant and helpful staff. Advised us on our needs to book holiday to Iceland and booked it all for us. Will be calling in to ask them to check us in and print boarding cards and arrange for money card

A great travel agent to deal with. he person I spoke (Pauline)
The person I spoke (Pauline), was very helpful and sympathetic about the problems we had had with our last holiday (my husband was taken ill whilst on a Cruise). We have booked another holiday on her recommendation.

Expertise and professionalism
I had been apprehensive about booking my flights to New Zealand and Jonathan was very reassuring. He explained all aspects in detail and flagged up issues that I would not have thought of.
