Mathew from Hays travel was fantastic.
Gave him a budget , ideal time and place and he found us many options we could choose from, everything was clearly explained, received all information shortly after paying. Having booked with travel agents before I found there was always delays in receiving information , so was pleased that everything was sent over so quickly.

Always the best service
Always the best service, Mathew always replies to me straight away, no matter how many questions I have he always responds professionally and promptly, I choose to book with HAYS as I like that I literally do not have to do anything, I don’t have the stress of checking in, printing tickets etc. great service each time I book.

Quick and easy process
I enquired about a holiday Mathew had posted, he answered all my questions and catered the holiday to us. He didnt apply any pressure to book at all and went over and above to make sure we got the best trip. He was so helpful and got us such a great deal 10 of us booked.

The price advertised was exactly what we paid!
I saw a promotional post from Matthew at Hayes travel offering a fantastic deal for a summer 2027 holiday. I left a message for a call back and with in an hour or so Matthew called. He was friendly and professional but my shock was that the deal price on the promotional social media post was exactly what he quoted me, nothing more added on or any hidden extras.
We know of Hayes travel from when they were a high street brand so knew we were covered with all the right insurances but I was just surprised there wasn't a cheeky extra for luggage or transfers or even because time had past the flights increased.
In less than 30mins we had booked! Confirmations with us swiftly and xouldnt have found it easier!
