We had a great experience booking through hays! We had Caitlin from the Meadowhall branch and the service we received from her was second to none! She listened to everything we needed for our family holiday. She had first hand experience of the places she suggested for us so her knowledge helped us decide! Always go to hays in meadowhall.
I have been using Hays in Meadowhall for many years now and will continue to do so.The staff are experienced and friendly and know what we need,We have two holidays booked this year one in 3 weeks time to Greece and one in Nov to Gran canaria. I cannot think of anything you could do better .We booked the Greece one in Chesterfield and the experience was not good compared to Meadowhall.

Efficient and first class service
Very friendly atmosphere as we walked in. We had gone to book our next cruise with Bethany who we have always dealt with previously. She was there to greet us with her usual smile and enthusiasm and was pleased to hear about how much we enjoyed our last cruise. She speedily went through the booking process having remembered most of our details and requests previously. As always we were happy to receive a very efficient and first class service.

The staff member was called Sue. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the destination we booked so that really helped. She made us feel welcome and put us at ease.
