Staff are always helpful and friendly. This year is the first time we have used Hays but we will continue to do so everything done for you all paperwork sent electronically and printed, peace of mind we are going to enjoy our holiday.

The Gentalman we saw was very helpful and gave us exactly what we wanted very very helpful.

Adam was great, very helpful and got us a great deal to NYC after comparing different websites, very happy with the holiday we ended up booking. We have never booked through Hays Travel before but will defo use again for any future bookings.

Excellent advice from staff at Meadowhall branch, super helpful. Ebony and Ruth persevered to get the right holiday for us, and provided detailed costings for a trip to Canada /Alaska to allow us to make a decision. Great job👍

We came in for a quote to Thailand, Jessie was lovely and got us a really good deal for our holiday, so we booked, she answered all our questions and showed us stuff to do on the island, we have booked a few holidays with hays now and will be booking coming back to book again.

Sean (Meadowhall branch) was great and knowledgeable. Together we were able to plan our bucket list cruise with confidence. Cruise booked with ease.
I would have given 5 stars however dropped 1 star due to the confusion who arrived first and people jumping the queue to enquire about holidays. No process in place which I would suggest would have helped to be seen in turn at busy times and not left public dissatisfied with their experience

Adam was brilliant...I went to enquire about dates for the Fjord cruises he was so helpful found one that was cheaper for a double cabin than a single so I booked it.
This was my first experience booking through a travel agents no jargon didn't make me feel stupid and gave me the confidence to go on my first solo cruise.
Gave me lots of information about "the things I didn't know to ask about "

The assistant got a fantastic deal for us

Dealt with Carl and he went above and beyond, helped us as we needed to cancel our trip and rebook for another month.
All this was done without a problem and we had a laugh and a bloody good time sorting it out. So much in fact we booked two holidays instead of one.
Carl maintained the professionalism over the 3-4 hours we spent with him and insured everything was to our satisfaction. Hays you have a cracker there with Carl. Many thanks for your help

My experience was, how simple and stress‑free the whole booking process felt. I had to cancel my original destination because of the price change. But in choosing another I felt supported at every step, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Michelle, the agent, was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best option for my needs, the best suitable resort and hotel itself to getting me travel assistance throughout. It made me feel valued and reassured that I was making the right choice at the best price. Highly recommend.

The Travel consultant "Ebony" was excellent. KInd, understanding and patient. We were arranging a "special event" trip and she really got to grips and saw things from our perspective . She took the time nevr rushed us or pushed us. We felt happy when we left and confident in arrangements made.
Ebony was a credit to uor company.
Afew weeks earlier we had been in store and saw Beth, who was also extremely helpful and we did not pursue matters but that does not reflect on Beth
