Good knowledge and advice
Good advice, as always. If the agent I speak with doesn’t have personal experience of a destination, she always asks the other staff. This time one of the other agents had been to the destination I liked, so with her recommendation I went for it. I’m now on holiday and love the place! Thanks :)
