Christmas market cruising
Leanne at the Merthyr branch went over and above to make sure that my booking for 12 people went smoothly. I came from the shop feeling confident as booking for a large group can be stressful as the responsibility is on me.

Having looked online at various offers, then went instore for a more in depth discussion. Agent went through all the steps, additional add on's (additional baggage, travel insurance etc). Great service. Will go back again with my next trip.
