The staff know specialist companies that can accommodate your needs/requests.
They were very patient with my partner & I, having to duplicate the paperwork for a 2 centre holiday.
All we did was give them the 2 locations & rough dates & they arranged the holiday, finding the best deals for both areas.

Rhysian was fantastic during our visit to Hayes Merthyr, her knowledge and attention to detail was spot on. She spent time searching for everything to meet our needs for a large party and I felt reassured by her knowledge on hotels and transfers , I would definitely book again with her.
