A friendly, knowledgeable member of staff helped me find a suitable holiday, listening carefully and offering different suggestions. Afterwards I was given 24 hours to decide whether to confirm or cancel the holiday.

Metrocenter branch, brilliant girls!
We aren't the easiest of customers and Rebecca was very patient with all 4 of us, advising us and answering honestly which resulted in finding us the best choice for our holiday! 100% trust the girls at Metrocenter Branch, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing staff
Amazing staff. We went in with only a little idea of where we wanted to go at Easter this year. So not only did we book a holiday for Easter but also came out with a Cruise for 2028! Staff in the metro centre had the patience of a saint!
