Highly recommended, knowledgeable & professional
We’ve booked a few trips with Michael now, and have had a great experience every time. On our last big trip we had a visa waiver issue which meant we had to change our itinerary which Michael sorted for us. All our trips have run smoothly and he’s always been on hand to answer any questions. Appreciate looking at different hotels for us, with even some personal recommendations! We’ve just booked another trip with Michael, and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thanks again for taking the stress out of our holidays 😃

Michael booked our cruise for 2025. I did go back to him with amendments to the holiday and he changed them immediately. He was polite and very professional. Couldn’t ask more.

Michael Hughes of Hays travel was absolutely EXCELLENT. He booked our cruise after getting us the style of cabin we required, dining sitting drinks package and a lovely discount too. This is the second cruise he has booked for us and he will definitely be the person we go to for the next ones. The personal touch is such a pleasure

The best of the best! Michael is such a great travel agent, listened to what we needed and found us such a great deal and holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and the booking process went smoothly. I have booked several holidays with Michael up to now and will be doing so in the future. Highly recommended! :)
