Fantastic customer service.

Another easy booking
The original hotel we wanted to go to was priced up by Michele, but just before I booked, I realised that the All inclusive package had restrictions. I looked for alternatives but couldn't find one that I fancied.
I then informed Michele that I wanted to change venue and country and got a revised costing for the full package that day. Holiday now booked.
