Making the process easy.
The agent was extremely helpful, gave useful information enabling me to make a decision around booking the all inclusive trip and answered all my questions timeously. Including tailoring the trip to my needs (solo traveller).
On this experience I would thoroughly recommend and would use again. In short knowledgeable, helpful and polite.
