Michelle Barnes was great from start to finish, introducing herself and her background and knowledge about the travel industry and the company Hayes travel. She listened to what we were looking for and stayed within our budget, she offered lots of great advice throughout searching and the booking process.

Budapest City Break
Michelle is fantastic, so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Top drawer service. This is the second time she’s found us a holiday. Wouldn’t do it any other way now.
