We saw a holiday on Michelles facebook page. Rang with dates and airport we wanted and was all booked and sorted very quickly with no messing about or any hidden extra costs like a lot of travel agents have e.g luggage and transfers.

At first the holiday I wanted didn’t…
At first the holiday I wanted didn’t have any 6 person cabins available but our travel agent explained that they do become available and she would call me if one popped up. Well it did and Rachael called me immediately and I booked. Rachael was really knowledgeable having been on multiple cruises herself and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. There was no pressure to book extras and intact we come to the conclusion that the drinks packages were not for us. Great experience using Hays and I would highly recommend.

Michelle is truly fantastic
Michelle is truly fantastic.
Normally I would just find and book holidays myself, however this time I found my self booking a family trip for 8 people for a special occasion and things became complicated and confusing, with changing prices and unclear information.
So I messaged Michelle asking for help.
She was so helpful, made everything super clear and got us the best price.
