Hays Travel - Middlesbrough Hill Street Avis 

I rang the shop to speak to Libbi who I had previously spoken to about a holiday. I was told she was busy but would call me back and I am pleased to say she called within a few minutes. We talked about my choice of holiday and I decided to book it over the phone and I was surprised how easy it was, Libbi took down all the details and offered to send a link to my phone for extra security when it came to payment which is very reassuring. The booking confirmation and paperwork work were then sent to me via email. Libbi has a lovely manner pleasant helpful and very patient indeed considering the amount of times I had to ask her to repeat herself. I will certainly continue to use Hays for my future holidays.

Laura was fantastic she had trouble booking hotel we wanted but it didnt go to plan then she found us another and she was great with it all

The agent wad able to find me exactly what I was looking for. This included an adapted cabin for my wheelchair and information about getting to the departure port.

The lady who helped us book our holiday was very helpful and attentive to our needs however, she did fail to mention that final payment date and we noticed this on our paper work. This is not an issue but this shoukd be mentioned upon bookings.

Sarah was very helpful, always willing to help , gives you the best deal , booking was easy , gives you information about the hotel, and surroundings, options available to pay , great service..
