Another great holiday booking
This is our 3rd holiday booked through Hays. Great service my initial query was at night through their Facebook page. I didn’t expect a reply, so when they did I was surprised. Asked if they could beat the price I found, and they certainly did. Booked straight away

The staff
The staff, everyone i dealt with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they helped find the holiday, and didn't rush me. Was in another town and popped in to hays to book the holiday, and they were helpful and booked everything from seats on plane, to in-flight meals. I don't use a smart phone ,so they will print out boarding passes etc.
