Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got great advice about holidays locations suitable for our needs, Yvonne quickly worked out what would suit us. We were delighted with the options presented and advice given and booked our holiday for October. We have used Hays before and have always found the staff to be lovely, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.

EXCLLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Having not been abroad in some time; I usually go on cycling holidays in Scotland but I recently had a knee replacement so I wasn't fit enough to cycle 30-40 miles a day. So I decided to do something different and go to Prague. The staff in the Hayes store in Milngavie were really helpful-and patient!-with my (many) questions and find a hotel close to where I wanted to go. The hotel was excellent btw. The whole trip went without a hitch and I really enjoyed the trip, thanks to the excellent customer support. I'd recommend Hayes to anyone wishing to travel. Best regards, Martin Gallagher
