Nothing was too much trouble in securing our holiday.
We were not rushed into making a decision and everything possible was done to find the holiday we were looking for. We will certainly use your services in the future, it was made so easy and stress free.

My second visit to Hays-great!!
My second visit to Hays and my ‘personal trip advisor’ Anita. She is very knowledgable, friendly and patient. The office I visited has a lovely friendly atmosphere too and will certainly be back.

Excellent service
Sarah, in the Milton Keynes branch, was extremely knowledgable and helpful in helping us book our first Caribbean cruise, we couldn't have done it without her help. Would totally recommend Hays Travel and will be using their services again.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING
Wr decided to go on holiday with extended family 6 in all due to a cancelled hospital operation. I visited Hays fot the 1st time as had been using online bookings for the past few years. I met with Jackie an extremely pleasant cheerful person. She took our details. After many suggestions due to certain conditions required we eventually settled on a holiday. The whole experience was seamless and we will certainly use Hays for our next holiday. Visited the agent again as SA was omitted from one of the boarding passes as Tui takes 72 hours Anita looked our holiday up and reprinted with such a helpful attitude.
