Family trip
Absolutely amazing service provided by the whole team, but a very special mention goes out to Rachel for her help and understanding of our families needs.She went above and beyond anything we expected, she kept us informed about everything that was going on Jayne and I both said that we've never had this type of service and help in all our years of going on our holidays.

For years I have booked my holidays online but decided to try Hays travel as friends have used them. This is my second holiday booked with Hays and again Rachel gave a first class service, from a warm greeting when I first visited and everything was done for me and I just sat back and waited for my holiday.
