Patience and knowledge
Chloe (apprentice) was very welcoming, pleasant and patient as we weren't sure what we were looking for. She guided us through several areas before we settled on one. She was ready to research for us and answered most of our worries.

Becca is a legend
I live in Australia and wanted to surprise my family on their trip out to meet us. I tried booking a lounge at Manchester Airport but it would only let me book for 6 people and needed it for 7. Mum and Dad always tell me how wonderful Becca has been when helping them organise the trip, so when I struggled to book the lounge from here I contacted Becca. Becca was as amazing as they told me and sorted it all out in no time. Can't thank Becca and the Morecambe Team enough, truly great service. Lisa

Great experience …. as usual !!!
Great experience, as always.
Our pull for going in was an advert in the window …. our favourite Becca was ‘free’ and, as usual, we knew we were in great hands! Her very professional yet friendly, down to earth and approachable manner was just as we have come to expect. She has loads of patience, and yet never seems rushed or out of ideas. She really knows her stuff and we came away having booked a cheeky week in the sunshine in Corfu in two weeks time ☺️

Cruise booked with Hays Travel
Chloe was very friendly and helped me book a cruise for May 2026. I planned it all with her. I went home to discuss it with my partner. On my return, I had a list of questions that she was happy to answer. I have booked the cruise, drinks package and excursions. It was so easy. We are really looking forward to this holiday.
