Lucy the travel consultant was exceptional. It was only when she asked me if I would accept changes, after saying - no things went slightly wrong. Eventually the matter resolved itself and everything was back on track. Both the manager and colleague were helpful. My holiday is booked, all paid for, went home and booked my overnight hotel. Just the train tickets to deal with now. Maybe a few additions to my wardrobe.

What lovely staff they have. Booking my holiday was so pleasant and any worries and concerns I had were dealt with. Very professional and made all my bookings with ease. Came out feeling happy and excited for my holiday.

Enjoyed the whole experience from walking through the door to leaving booked always manage my own holiday online pleasantly got a better deel where i wanted to travel too

The service was very good.

We explained the area in Italy were we would like to go and place's we wanted to visit. The staff member almost instantly found the dates we could travel, the trips that were available and a hotel. We also explained our dietary needs which she then rang the tour operator to make enquiries which were then noted. Travel insurance was also explained which she then arranged. Overall I found the experience very good and the staff member very professional, pleasant and easy to talk to.

The manageress was brilliant in the Moreton shop. Went out of her way to sort out our holiday and the assistance that my wife will require in the airport. Would recommend this branch and the staff to anyone. 5 star!!

My husband and I went into the Moreton Wirral shop, the young lady was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant, we had an idea where we wanted to go and the whole experience was great, so much easier to go into the shop.

This is the 1st time I have been in a travel agency for many years. I found the young lady very helpful and she was able to do all the transactions and explained everything to me with confidence and left me feeling happy.
