We waited until the seats / transfer…
We waited until the seats / transfer formalities were booked a few days after we booked our holiday and I am pleased to say that Gracie-Mae was totally professional and talked us through every part of our holiday meticulously. She was a pleasure to book our holiday with and a credit to Hays Travel. We use Trailfinders mostly but will consider and recommend Hays to our friends due to Gracie's patience and diligence.

Excellent customer service
Lovely friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Booked our holiday with ease and was very happy with the holiday we booked. Lucy spent lots of time explaining and going through the booking and what was included. We went in knowing what holiday we wanted to book but had never cruised before so we needed help choosing a cabin so both Lucy and Karen went through all the deck plans to make sure we chose wisely. Would not hesitate booking again.
