Sam was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He understood our needs and made sure we were 100% satisfied with all our requests. Although Sam is located in the Nantwich branch I will be contacting him again for any other holiday bookings.

Great friendly service at Hays, Nantwich
Kerry was marvellous yesterday. She went over and above to find me a last minute cruise to the Greek Islands. Kerry was very friendly and knowledgable, as always. I always come to Hays in Nantwich as I know I will receive great service and get a holiday at no extra cost, usually cheaper than online with discounts. Kerry always offers to print out boarding passes and check you in at the airport as well as providing any extra information she knows about the places we’re to visit.
All in all a great experience.
