Natalie at hays travel is just the nicest person, she makes booking holidays fun.
She has a wealth of knowledge and has been able to answer all my questions, I’ve booked 3 holidays with her now and will continue to do so.

I’ve been quite nervous booking holidays and she’s put me at ease I’ve even booked a family holiday of a life time in 2028. With an easy payment plan it couldn’t be simpler. I’ve already recommended her to all my friends and family. I just love her !!!

This is the 2nd holiday I've booked with Natalie and she is just amazing!! Went above and beyond to find the best deal at the best price. I will be booking any other holidays I make through her. Best customer service you can ask for. I've booked lapland for this and Natalie was so helpful and gave the best advice I could've asked for.

The last holiday I booked for 9 of us to gran canaria and very last minute had to change the whole thing. Natalie worked immediately to find an alternative and we all enjoyed Rhodes instead.

I have booked around seven holidays with Natalie at Hays Travel and nothing is too much trouble. She responds to my messages out of hours. Hays have some fabulous holiday deals and the accommodation have been great quality.Natalie is my go to wether a cruise or a short city break.

It was really helpful that after providing us with a quote Natalie contacted me to advise that the price had risen and log cabin was being looked at, so we ended up booking before price increased again. Natalie was so helpful answering all my questions and so quickly such a great help
