Shelley was clearly in charge and both very attentive to our general enquiries whilst offering guidance to her junior colleagues.

We only called in for some information
We called in for some information to make the most of an upcoming 'holiday of a lifetime'.
Not only did we get the information, but after about four hours we had a multi-centre itinerary for the trip and it was all booked!
Nothing was too much trouble and all the 'i's were dotted and 't's crossed, and double checked that it was what we wanted.
All the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming, making the experience feel comfortable and not an ordeal.

Our appointment with Shelly was great, we didn't feel pressured to book at all, nothing was too much hassel. We got given all options information and price guide. Spoke about everything we felt very comfortable and confident she knew jer job.
