Great service, great price!
Met with Sophie this week..what a breath of fresh air - friendly, very knowledgeable, made some great suggestions and we had booked just the holiday we wanted at the right price within an hour. Very pleasant experience and saved us loads of time trawling through the Internet. She also told us about cruising and how it would be great for me, as I have limited mobility. Will definitely go back and arrange that next year! Thank you Sophie!

Newark Branch - 10/10
I went into the Newark Branch yesterday and Lola was more than helpful. She was extremely friendly, really understanding and found the holiday i wanted and for a great price. It’s my first time booking with Hays, and we go in September. From the interaction and communication with Lola yesterday, i would absolutely book through them again.

Rachel who was handling my enquiry was very professional in her presentation immensely knowledgeable about my destination of interest.
She covered details of currency exchange offers, arranged airport parking and advised of timetable for booking seats.
All in all a vey pleasant experience from someone who converted an initial enquiry into a firm sale through her thoroughness and friendly demeanour.
