Quick to speak to someone and very easy to make the booking we required. Hays price match P&O so it is far easier than trying to book direct.

Best travel agent for that something special
I've used a lot of travel agents in the past and there's no one like hays travel. They are perfect if you want something that little bit bespoke and special but they don't charge disgusting amounts like many other bespoke holiday providers.
Kerry has arranged 3 wonderful experiences for me and my family so far which have truly been exceptional. These aren't just holidays, they're memories to last a lifetime.

Went into Hays and was met straight away by a smile and welcome.
Booked a last minute holiday with Shelley. Efficiently done in a timely manner. Listened to what I wanted and it took 25 mins to book.
Didn’t want to book online as it was a lot of money and I like the one to one service! Great service !
