Booking good, let down by currency service.
Holiday booking rated 5. Not having, as promised, placed an order for Hungarian currency, only finding this out when arriving at Newbury Branch to collect it, and then having to make a 35 mile round trip to obtain it, rated 0. Basingstoke branch providing currency upon visit, net rank 3.

This is my third solo holiday that I’ve booked through Suzanne at Hay travel.
My last holiday to Crete last week was one of the best holidays that I’ve been on. The care that Suzanne took to find me the right hotel was great and the right place for me to visit on my own was the best.. would highly recommend for anybody that is travelling on holiday on their own.

Successful visit
Jared searched for holidays based exactly on our requests. Results were what we wanted and 2 holidays + a hotel night at the airport booked. We were offered drinks twice.

Jared helped us book our holiday. He explored many options on our behalf. He was friendly, polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble, he even worked on his day off because he thought of another option for us and wanted to send it to us.

Extremely helpful in finding the right accommodation and destination for our holiday - they listened to what we wanted, and produced. We had a great time in Gran Canaria, the hotel was good, as were all the services and the area.

Complicated family holiday booking achieved perfectly
It was a difficult and complicated journey to get a family summer holiday booked with 8 adults and 6 children flying from two different airports. Jared was amazingly patient and helpful and really came up trumps for us. Despite all the difficulties in arriving at our final choice it was a pleasure dealing with Hays Travel and the whole team were wonderful. I cannot praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend Hays Travel to anyone wanting to find their perfect break away.
