Staff super friendly soon as you enter they make you feel comfortable. Asked us what we needed in our holiday. The rep looked up various packages even phoned up for price difference to make sure we get value for money. We left with our perfect little holiday for next year . All stress free answered all my questions. When I said I was nervous through previous experiences in airports they offered assistance to enable me comfortable passage through airport on landing. I'm going with my son this time so wasn't necessary but it was reassuring to know the offer is there. Great team will book again

Fantastic experience
We went into Hays Travel in Newport on 6th August.
Hayley was amazing. All we knew was the date we wanted to go and we wanted something a bit different.
She went through so many different holidays, cruises but would not give up.
She found us an amazing holiday for a special birthday which we would never have thought of. I also think she has given us great ideas for our next 2 holidays.

Helpful staff
Staff were very helpful in store Newport along with a telephone call the next day. They were able to price match what I'd found cheaper on my easy jet app and change the free car hire to private transport Thankyou
