We were served by a most helpful lady. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. She contacted the holiday company direct and obtained a several availability dates. The whole booking processed was completed within forty minutes

All of the staff were fantastic. Entertaining the kids while Claire helped me look at holidays. Found me such a deal that I booked straight away. I had intended to discuss it with my other half but decided to just do it there and then.
