As always I was made to feel very welcome, the branch is bright and clean. I have booked with Sharon several times in the past. She makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble and listens to what you actually want, therefore finding the perfect holiday for you and its not just about the sale

I tried to pay over the phone but it wouldn't go through.
The manager came onto the phone and then sent me a link via email to pay.
The staff were very patient with me until I finally made the payment through the link.

Cruise holiday booking
Staff were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and offered a great deal When decided to go ahead, booking was completed without any problems and documents received. Any queries I had were answered very quickly
