Fantastic 5 star service from Nickie Woolf.
Nickie listened to my holiday requirements and provided a methodical list of recommendations, even when my first choice became unavailable Nickie was able to find another holiday which suited me, also arranged parking and insurance, great service all round, will definitely use again and recommend

Excellent service
This is the second time I have booked a holiday with Nikki. Even though there is a Hays Travel in my local town the service I received from Nikki from initial enquiries through to post holiday was faultless so I chose to book with her again. She knows her stuff. Nothing is too much trouble and she has a lovely friendly approach to customer care.

Just what I wanted
I know Nickie from my old banking days and she is still professional efficient and understands what her client needs. I did not know the country I wanted to visit so she recommended a cruise around the different parts of it - looks wonderful with great reviews so am super excited :)

Nickie offered a very personal service. She called me several times to go through everything I wanted and to answer any queries I may have.
She searched for the best deals and gave me a great discount. She also offered several payment options to best suit me.
This is my 2nd holiday I have booked with Nickie and will definitely use her again and recommend her to others.
