Once again Nicola has been fantastic
This is the third holiday Nicola has arranged for us and it is effortless, she takes everything in hand, really understands what we want and makes it so easy 😊

We have just got back of a holiday booked through a different women at hays travel there was 19 of us in total but if it wasn’t for Nicola Bowen we would not have ended up going on our holiday! She went above and beyond to help us even though we wasn’t her customer couldn’t thank her enough, we have now just booked our holiday for next year 2025 with her! Lovely lady & always happy to help!
