I initially contacted Nicola via social media regarding a holiday enquiry and was very impressed with the service provided.

Despite being on annual leave, Nicola ensured continuity by arranging for her colleague, Gemma, to assist me. Gemma made contact promptly and maintained the same high standard of communication clear, professional, and efficient throughout.

Within a short period of time, a suitable holiday was sourced and the booking completed seamlessly. The entire process was well organised and handled with a high level of professionalism.

I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will certainly use them again for future travel arrangements.

I made an enquiry about a potential USA road trip after seeing an advert she has posted online, with just a few details, and Nicola built us a whole package. She asked lots of questions to get everything we wanted and I was able to also ask lots of questions and change things around. It was very easy to do and we had it all booked within a couple of days.
