Nicola is really patient and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her, and she has expertly picked out an amazing holiday for us at good value.

Brilliant efficient service as always. Nicola is brilliant at what she does. No hassle and stress free booking. Would 100% recommend.

I booked my hen do through Nicola at Hayes Travel and she was soooooo helpful.
She provided me with a lot of quotes and came back to me super quick. I kept changing the dates and location and she was always happy to help me try and find the most suitable holiday.
Trying to book a hen do for 15 girls is challenging but Nicola really helped take some of the hassle away. The payment options are brilliant and not every one has to have luggage or not which was another plus.
We ended up getting a great deal for next May to Palma Nova.
I feel more comfortable knowing I can reach out to Nicola or Jet 2 if anything goes wrong and I can now relax knowing my holiday is in good hands.
