Great service
Susan was fantastic, great customer service skills.
She looked for exactly what we wanted and even managed to get us a much better deal on our holiday.
I dont think I will ever book another holiday online and I can't recommend hays enough.
If you want a bargain and a fantastic holiday go to Hays

We have used Hays for a good few years and the fact that the staff know our holiday history and what we like in a holiday makes the booking experience so much easier, nothing seems to be a problem helping us to achieve our perfect holiday, long may it continue 👍

I wanted to book a short break to…
I wanted to book a short break to Krakow with my wife as a surprise for her, next year but could not find the answers to what I wanted online.Went to North Shields Hays with my daughter and met Rachel. Very helpful, professional didn’t push at all and answered all my questions. Rachel found what I wanted.Arranged the break and I paid for it. Very good. Thanks Rachel.Dealing with a human makes all the difference!!
