Kate was so lovely handling the holiday booking which wasn’t as straightforward. So professional and dealt with all the issues ( wheelchair user). Not easy travelling as a disabled passenger however she managed to get everything sorted. Highly recommend you to others, thank you for all your help

Hays travel Northwich. Great experience
This is our 3rd booking with hays after a dispute with another travel agent whom we had used for years. Basically insulting behaviour. All our dealings with hays have been very friendly and helpful . Nothing is too much trouble. Special mention for Katie, Laura and Scarlett who all gave us great service. Hope this continues in the future.

Lovely simple booking process
We went into book a Tui river cruise and Katie made it a very simple process. We already knew what we wanted, so Katie just worked through the booking process and made sure we understood everything. Very happy with the experience

Help in looking for a holiday….
Scarlet was previously looking for a holiday us, nothing was too much trouble and she found a good variety if holidays for us. When we came in to book, Laura was polite and cheerful, our booking went very smoothly, everything was explained to us and was told to call any time should we need any further information or guidance 😊
Would definitely book with them again!

Appalling customer service from…
Appalling customer service from Northwich branch - I called to make some amendments to a booking and was eventually answered by Katy. I suggested at the end of the call that as I waited for an unanswered call just ringing out that it may be a good idea to install an answer phone. Her response was curt and said that there was no need to have this and put the phone down on me - would not use this travel company : branch ever again !
