Excellent advice from Ellie....
Popped in to Hays Northwich for advice on a Danube river cruise. We knew roughly what we wanted but we were finding it difficult to compare the different operators. We received excellent advice from Ellie who was able to answer all our questions and complete our booking. She was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Recommended.

Good Service
This is the second year of booking a holiday with Hays Travel.
We wanted a coach tour and ended up booking two tours.
Leanne as usual directed us in the right direction and showed us holidays with areas in England in the counties we wanted to visit.
