Amazing support for family with disabilities
Was booking our first ever holiday abroad with our 2 children and Mia was fantastic!! As a family with disabilities, we had a lot of questions and she helped put our mind at ease, nothing was too much trouble and she found us the best holiday! I then found out that she was a trainee apprentice and couldn't believe she hadn't been doing this for years!
Very happy with Hays Travel, wouldn't hesitate to book again in fact we are already talking about the next one!

Madison was very friendly and helpful. I would give it a 5star but had issues when booking as couldn't get the room available and ended up paying more for the original room quoted.

Eventually found a holiday we wanted but the screen was being moved too quickly making my eyes hurt!
We also asked if we could have a quiet room but she didn’t seem to record that
