I always go to Old Swan Hays and see the same person Luis as he is always very helpful in giving me the best advice for my holiday destination. Also Paul who dealt with my currency was helpful to.Both guy's are great at what they do. I would not book my holiday anywhere else.

Heather was very helpful gave me the best opportunity for my holiday taking her time to go through all the different dates to help find us the best price. Putting preference for the holiday. I would definitely recommend Hay travel and Heather. Will definitely be booking again

Great experience at hays travel old swan. …
Popped in to book a holiday we had picked out online. The girls were very helpful and knowledgeable about north Macedonia and gave us some tips and hints. Paul on the travel currency desk is such a lovely guy as well so kind and helpful. Everyone was super professional but also very enthusiastic and excited to book our holiday for us.

Another fantastic experience received from Lewis at Hays Travel.Lewis dealt with our holiday request efficiently searching for the best options to suit our budget.Once we had chosen our destination Lewis dealt with the formalities and our holiday was sorted!
