Just easy
Catlin made the full process so easy and made us feel welcome , chatting about home life and my grandchildren , also interacting with them . We wasn't made to feel that the children was causing a chaos and huge sighs made as they explored the shop . Luke also chatted to the children , lovely to see x

Another great experience with Hays Travel, called in to the branch in Oldham, spoke with Lisa who was very helpful and so friendly.
Left with another holiday booked for Gambia in February.

Booking my first cruise!
As this was my first experience of booking a holiday in several years,I found that the staff member was extremely patient and helpful to me. She listened to my requirements and helped me to find the most suitable things,both room and situation for my mobility issues. She was able to reassure me, and answer all my questions and concerns about travelling as a solo passenger.

I got in touch with hays travel Oldham and spoke to a lady called lisa she went above and beyond as I haven't had a holiday for years she found me the perfect place sandos benidorm suites it was amazing she kept everything up to date she is amazing many thanks Linda Donohoe
