The holiday was lovely but my transfer to the hotel was bad got dropped off at 11.45pm up an alleyway the driver said your hotel is that way.after asking countless people I got to my hotel at at 12.30am.😡

Great friendly service
I was very happy with the helpful, friendly advice given to me by Kaidee. I much prefer the experience of a face-to-face experience with a friendly human being and Hays Travel certainly provided that. Would definitely recommend.

We went to book a cruise from Southampton and got a very good price however there was no coach available to take is down
