Excellent service from Luke (Oldham branch) he ensured we got the 25% discount from Ambassador cruises even when they insisted there was no such offer available. He phoned them twice to sort it out and saved us £4000 Excellent job

I had a quote from a different provider and when I asked hays if they could match it or maybe better it they did and I got it cheaper with a fantastic holiday company and a fantastic rep that sorted everything out
