Great staff amazing service.
Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They were not pushy and allowed us the time to decide what we wanted to do. Provided good options for us. I have more local Hays Travel but we always come back to Ormskirk.

A pleasant way to book a holiday.
Your colleague Katie was excellent we told her the holiday we were looking for.
She soon found what we were looking for and after 45-50mins our holiday was booked Katie explained the procedure to follow leading up to our departure.
Very satisfied with the service and help from Katie.

Even though the travel shop was very busy, we were dealt with straight away. We found our ideal holiday in minutes, with a great hotel, perfect flight times, and it was all booked in less than half an hour. The travel agent was really helpful, showed alternatives and managed to make our holiday booking good experience... Five stars!
