A very happy customer
Nicola is a very nice lady. Nicola explains everything very clearly. She makes you feel very welcome when you go into the travel shop. I look forward to seeing her when I want to book a holiday. Everything is done right and I do not have to go back and ask about anything. She is very good at her work.
